Applicant:
Welcome to CHR-TV, 2010 Dressage Series brought to you
by Creek Hollow Ranch and Victor Ciccarelli. On behalf
of all of us at CHR-Television, and our sponsors, we
wish to thank all applicants for their participation in
this year's CHR-TV, 2010 Dressage Series.
Please read the enclosed materials carefully as they
explain eligibility requirements (you must be a legal
United States resident, 16 years of age on March 1,
2010, and eligible to work in the United States), and a
participant of one of more of the events CHR-TV will be
filming.
Participation in CHR-TV is without remuneration; you
will not receive or be charged any fees for
participating in CHR-TV. CHR-TV is not part of the Creek
Hollow Ranch or its Dressage Events. CHR-TV does not
provide any services, cover any fees or provide any
funding for Creek Hollow Events.
Please note all filming for the 2010 Dressage series is
filmed on location at Creek Hollow Ranch in Ramona, Ca.
Participation in the event is necessary to be featured
on CHR-TV. On behalf of the producers and sponsors of
this event, we wish the best of luck on your journey to
becoming the CHR-TV, 2010 Dressage Series.
Compilation of this application does not signify any
agreement between CHR-TV, Creek Hollow Ranch, Colleen
Burman or Victor Ciccarelli and does not effect your
participation in the Creek Hollow Ranch Dressage Event.

CHR-TV, 2010 Dressage Series
Participant Rules
As a condition to being considered as a participant for the
program, “CHR-TV, 2010 Dressage Series”, you hereby represent
and warrant that the following statements are true and correct
and that you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein:
Eligibility:
You must be a legal U.S. resident, 16 years old on Sunday,
March 01, 2010, who is eligible to work in the United States. If
you are under 18, you must be accompanied by your parent or
legal guardian.
You must be a registered, paid rider in a Creek Hollow Ranch
Dressage 2010 Series Event.
You must have two valid forms of ID that show proof of age. (for
example, a birth certificate and a driver’s license, or a birth
certificate and a passport, etc.).
You are ineligible if you are ineligible to work on non-SAG or
non-AFTRA Talent or have any other contractual arrangement that
would prohibit you from entering into a SAG/NAFTA production
agreement. SAG or AFTRA members must make this known prior to
filming.
Riders and Horse must be in good physical condition and capable
of performing all stages of the Creek Hollow Ranch Event
Once selected riders may not withdraw from production regardless
of personal performance or desire, and participants agree to
wave any right to inspection or approval of footage taken while
at the Creek Hollow Ranch during the dates and times of the
event. This is intended to mean what you do at this event will
be captured, once you sign up be on your best behavior, cameras
roll constantly and when you least expect them.
Paperwork:
You will be required to fill out, sign and agree to all of the
terms and conditions in our required forms. Those forms are
available for review prior to participation. Completion of this
information form does not signify acceptance or compliance with
any other agreement. Some of the forms will be available at the
audition locations. All forms must be filled out completely and
truthfully. If you fail to complete any form, give any false
information, or fail to reveal any pertinent information, you
may be disqualified from the show production
.
You may also be subject to a thorough background investigation
and other examinations, at producer’s discretion.
If you are under 18 years of age, both you and your parent or
legal guardian must sign each of these forms, and you and your
parent or legal guardian must agree that the forms may be court
approved. Locations, Dates and Time:
Initial interviews and filming will coincide with Creek Hollow
Ranch Event Schedule. Please check with
www.CreekHollowRanch.com for dates and times.
General Conditions:
No weapons, alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances
will be permitted at any participant or during event/filming
hours.
Entrants must refrain from wearing any clothing items bearing
designer or sports logo, bearing the name or likeness of a
celebrity (living or dead), or any provocative or obscene
apparel to any of the auditions.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules
and the decisions of CHR-TV and the producers. We reserve the
right to use the sound, video and still imagery of any entrant
for publicity and other purposes, and to use the name and
likeness of those who audition and who arrive to audition,
including friends, family or any other individual accompanying
the participant, as part of that publicity and for other
purposes, without compensation unless prohibited by law. All
federal, state and local laws apply. Dates and locations are
subject to change. Creek Hollow Ranch, CHR-TV, Victor
Cicccarelli and
the production personnel for the television program,
participating television stations, advertising agencies or any
person or entity connected with the production, administration
or judging of the auditions or the program, or any of their
respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or
representatives are not responsible for and shall not be liable
for: any failure of transportation, bad directions, or inability
for any reason to appear at filming site or appear before the
judging panels; any injuries, losses or damages of any kind
caused by participating in the auditioning process or being
selected to or disqualified from continuing in the filming
process and/or the show; or any printing, typographical or
technological errors in any materials associated with the
auditioning process.
All decisions are made by the management of CHR-TV and are
final. CHR-TV reserves the right to change the rules at any time
for any reason.
Entrants receive no compensation for participation.
All federal and state regulations apply. |
